If you're looking for a rewarding nursing career where you can build meaningful relationships, make a lasting impact, and help change the trajectory of a young person's life, consider joining our team at the Leo A. Hoffmann Center (LAHC).
Who We Are
The Leo A. Hoffmann Center (LAHC) is a nonprofit Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) serving adolescent males ages 11-17 with complex mental health and behavioral health needs.
A PRTF provides a highly specialized level of care that is more intensive than traditional residential or day treatment services, while offering a more therapeutic and relationship-based environment than an inpatient psychiatric hospital. At LAHC, every client receives individualized treatment designed to address their unique mental, emotional, medical, educational, and social needs.
Our team is dedicated to helping youth build healthier futures through compassionate care, evidence-based treatment, and meaningful therapeutic relationships.
Why Join LAHC?
At LAHC, you're more than a nurse. You're a valued member of a multidisciplinary treatment team that helps adolescents navigate some of the most challenging periods of their lives. You'll have the opportunity to develop specialized behavioral health nursing skills while enjoying a supportive team environment and a mission-driven workplace.
