Halluminate is an applied AI and data Lab working with frontier AI Labs to train Financial Services Super Intelligence. We do this by building high quality RL (Reinforcement Learning) gyms to train AI agents that do work across financial services verticals (ex. excel modeling, powerpoint creation and more in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, etc.) and broader knowledge work (consulting, insurance, etc).

 

 

📋 Role Description:

 

Halluminate is looking to hire a Senior Recruiter to build our finance expert network. Halluminate's experts are an exclusive well-trained group of the best RL building specialists in finance knowledge work. Your job will be to market, source, identify, and bring in the best in the world at this work into our network. This will directly tie to growth and revenue generation across the company.

 

You will work alongside our People Platform Lead (who owns the product of onboarding, training, and community once someone is in) and our strategic project leads (whose projects drive the demand for specific domain expert categories).

 

The responsibilities of this role include:

 

• Own the expert pipeline end-to-end: source and engage candidates, manage qualification and vetting handoff, drive conversion through activation, and partner with the People Platform team on retention. You will be accountable for the full funnel from sourced → qualified → activated.

• Data Driven Outbound: LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator, alumni and professional networks (CFA societies, MBA programs, banking alumni groups), referrals, and cold outreach to key profiles. A/B test paid acquisition, partnerships with expert networks and boutique firms, university and training-program relationships, and creator or community channels.

• Inbound Marketing : Own the creation of brand collatoral, marketing, host community events, and more amongst our key expert groups to drive inbound interest in joining our program.

• Strategic Planning: Work closely with our project teams to translate upcoming customer work into a sourcing plan by domain and seniority, weeks ahead of when the work lands.

• Design incentives and referral programs that attract and keep high-quality experts, and feed what you learn about expert motivation back to the People Platform and product teams.

• Product Work: Drive the creation of products, systems, and tools that help automate sourcing/growth at scale as we grow the company.

 

Necessary Skills Include:

 

• 2 to 5 years in growth, outbound sales / lead generation, recruiting / sourcing, or marketplace supply roles

• Channel curiosity and scrappiness: you have found non-obvious sourcing channels before and are comfortable testing five things to find the one that works

• Data fluency: own funnel metrics, conversion rates, CAC, and retention, and can pull your own numbers (SQL or comfort with spreadsheets and coding agents)

• Marketing/Brand Skills: be comfortable creating and designing content that pulls people into the funnel

• Be a builder ready for ambiguity of early stage startup operations.

• Exceptional written communication.

• Nice to have: direct, high-volume experience recruiting or sourcing finance professionals — investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, or similar — via campus/on-cycle recruiting, finance-vertical staffing/RPO, in-house bank or PE recruiting, or finance-focused search.

Compensation

Base: $150k - $200k

Equity: 0.15 - .3%
