Description
You will lead small, matrixed teams to coordinate with the mission system owners and deploy the capabilities. These deployment efforts are fast-paced micro-projects, requiring smart, adaptable, engaging analyst leaders. Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to: Review, analyze, and understand technical documentation/baselines for our capabilities and various mission systems. Communicate basic technical understanding and business case to mission system owners and internal client leadership. Lead teams on capability deployments, may include travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites. Determine and report metrics to promote efficiency and continuous process improvement to deliver capabilities faster. Small team leadership/Project Management Experience with Data Analytics KPI and Metrics creation and reporting Entrepreneurial and Motivated Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Effective organizational skills. 10+ years' experience with MA/MS; 18+ years with BA/BS Relevant DoD and/or Industry work experience in Space Systems Command Experience with Defensive Cyber Operations (SSC/SZWO) program office Bachelor's degree, BS preferred; MA/MS desired; with MS/MA, 10 years' experience required Place of work is Colorado Springs, at Government site. You may be required to travel periodically, less than 20%.
