Sunrise Ford of North Hollywood is a busy dealership with steady customer traffic, strong team support, and plenty of room to grow. We’re looking for a Quick Lane Service Advisor who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

 

As a Quick Lane Service Advisor, you’re not just the middle person between the customer and the shop. You’re the face of the service department and a trusted guide for our customers. You’ll help customers understand their vehicle’s needs, keep them informed throughout the service process, and build relationships that keep them coming back.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome customers and guide them through the service process with clear, friendly communication
• Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs and services are completed correctly the first time
• Manage service appointments, schedules, and customer follow-ups
• Keep customers informed and ensure they have a positive service experience
• Build long-term customer relationships based on trust, communication, and reliability

What You Bring

• Experience in automotive service, customer service, sales, or a similar customer-facing role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A calm, professional approach, especially when things get busy
• A genuine interest in vehicles and the automotive industry
• A willingness to learn and grow
