Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
- Develop individualized, patient-centered treatment plans.
- Provide preventive, restorative, and comprehensive general dental care.
- Perform bread-and-butter general dentistry and additional procedures appropriate to the provider's experience and clinical skill set.
- Educate patients regarding treatment options, preventive care, and long-term oral health.
- Build strong relationships with patients through compassionate and effective communication.
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members to provide an exceptional patient experience.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Uphold high standards of clinical quality, safety, and professionalism.
Minimum Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active Minnesota dental license in good standing or ability to obtain.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered dentistry.
- Professional and collaborative approach to patient care.
