Location: Chamblee, GA – North Atlanta
Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 base salary + bonus potential

Position Overview
A commercial real estate organization is seeking a Leasing/Marketing Coordinator to join its team in Chamblee, GA. This position will support leasing, marketing, and property operations across a portfolio of commercial properties in the Atlanta market.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with lease documentation and marketing materials, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced real estate environment. This role will work closely with regional leadership, leasing professionals, brokers, tenants, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Transaction Support

Prepare lease documents, amendments, commencement letters, confidentiality agreements, commission agreements, and other leasing-related documentation.

Coordinate the administrative process for new leases, renewals, expansions, and other leasing transactions.

Assemble lease approval packages and ensure required documentation is complete and properly organized.

Maintain accurate electronic lease files and property documentation.

Track active lease transactions, upcoming deadlines, renewals, and other important leasing milestones.

Prepare and maintain leasing reports and deal-tracking spreadsheets for management.

Coordinate broker commission agreements and assist with processing commission payments.

Maintain records for brokerage and listing agreements, including expiration dates and renewal requirements.

Draft tenant correspondence regarding renewals, lease expirations, move-outs, and other leasing matters.

Assist with property tours and show available spaces to prospective tenants when needed.

Gather and organize market information regarding competing properties, available spaces, asking rates, and market activity.

Maintain databases containing property availability, leasing activity, broker contacts, and competitive market information.

Create and update property flyers, availability sheets, presentations, proposals, brochures, and other leasing materials.

Coordinate email marketing campaigns and distribute property availability information to the brokerage community.

Support the development and execution of property-specific marketing campaigns.

Coordinate signage, marketing materials, floor plans, and other materials associated with vacant spaces.

Assist with planning and coordinating broker events, open houses, and other property marketing activities.

Track leasing activity and recently completed transactions for potential marketing and public relations initiatives.

Monitor marketing expenses and assist with tracking spending against established budgets.

Provide day-to-day administrative support to regional leadership and the broader leasing and property management team.

Coordinate meetings, conference calls, calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports as needed.

Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, spreadsheets, and other business documents.

Maintain organized digital records and internal filing systems.

Coordinate with property teams and vendors on vacancy preparation and other leasing-related property needs.

Assist with special projects and other operational priorities as assigned.
Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial real estate, leasing, property management, marketing coordination, or a related field preferred.

Experience working with commercial leases and leasing documentation is strongly preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when preparing documents and reports.

Comfortable communicating with brokers, tenants, vendors, executives, and other business partners.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Experience with CRM, property management, leasing, or document management systems is a plus.

Ability to occasionally travel locally to properties, broker events, and other meetings.
