Associate Director – People Business Services (PBS)
Location: Ahmedabad GCC, India
Function: People Business Services (PBS)
Kraft Heinz is looking for an experienced and transformative leader to join our Ahmedabad GCC as Associate Director – People Business Services (PBS).
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead global People Operations while shaping the future of HR service delivery through operational excellence, employee experience, digital transformation, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
As a key member of the People function, you will build and scale a globally consistent, employee-centric PBS organization, partnering with senior HR and business leaders to drive meaningful enterprise impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end People Operations across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
- Define and execute the People Business Services transformation roadmap.
- Drive simplification, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leverage Workday, ServiceNow, analytics, automation, and emerging AI technologies to enhance service delivery.
- Partner with Global HR Leaders, COEs, HRBPs, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Business stakeholders.
- Lead governance, service performance, employee experience, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Build and develop a high-performing team capable of delivering world-class People Services.
What We're Looking For
- 18+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, People Services, GBS, or GCC environments.
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams and complex global stakeholder groups.
- Strong background in HR transformation, service delivery excellence, and employee experience.
- Experience with Workday, HR technologies, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes in a global environment.
- MBA or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
