Supply Chain Controller

We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Supply Chain Controller (Spondon).

As a Supply Chain Controller you will be the voice of the customer, working with our suppliers to manage orderbooks, providing a first-class service whilst ensuring the customer’s needs are understood and managed within our organisation.

You will be the person dealing with any issues or concerns and making sure that solutions are agreed in order to support our customers to deliver on time. To do this, you will conduct supplier performance reviews whilst building and maintaining strong working relationships with your allocate supplier network.

About You 

You will be an exceptional communicator, understanding and actioning customer requirements and working with suppliers to ensure deliveries are made on time.

You will be able to bring with you a fantastic track record of problem solving and being resilient. 

We are interested in people from a Supply Chain or Logistics background with experience of working with ERP/MRP scheduling systems.

This role will involve weekly travel to a variety of supplier locations so you must be in possession of a valid UK driving license and have access to a vehicle.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity.

• Starting salary between £29,000 to £32,000 dependent on experience
