Sales Associate, Business Insurance Lines

One80 Intermediaries is seeking a Sales Associate, Business Insurance Lines to join our growing team! 

     

The Sales Associate, Business Insurance Lines role is responsible for directly assisting the New Business Sales team with all support functions that include but are not limited to the duties outlined below.   

 

How You Will Contribute:   

• Assists producers with clerical/administrative work including post-event emails, application processing, information gathering, special projects, and any other tasks as needed.  

• Represents the best interests of the producer to all clients, carrier reps, co-workers maintaining the positive relationship that the producer has built in all written/verbal communications. 

• Maintains updates and other records in CRM and assists with application preparation and payment collection. 

• Effective communication for acknowledging producer requests, providing updates when requests are being worked on or completed, communicating changes to meet customer expectations/deadlines.  

• Effectively utilize phone system capabilities including warm transferring, conferencing calls, and, at times, managing multiple calls simultaneously. 

• Enters and follows up on endorsement requests, other customer service requests, and learns the BIL processes/departments. 

 

Licenses & Certifications:   

•  Property & Casualty license or ability to become licensed within 90 days. 

 

Skills & Experience to be Successful:   

•  2+ years’ experience in customer service and/or sales. 

• Insurance industry experience preferred. 

• Multi-tasking to handle a high volume of unpredictable and time-sensitive requests, effectively prioritizing urgency levels.

Pay Range

$24.04 - $24.04 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
