Psicólogo / Administrador / Ingeniero Industrial con enfoque administrativo, con experiencia en compañías BPO y manejo de pre-nómina. Sólida capacidad analítica, orientación a procesos y control de información.

Skills indispensables

• Gestión de novedades de nómina (pre-nómina)
• Gestión de procesos administrativos de RRHH, Contratación, anexos, incapacidades, facturación, Polizas y manejo de proveedores.
• Experiencia administrativa en entornos BPO o manejo de clientes.
• Excel intermedio
• Conocimiento en procesos de recursos humanos

Herramientas:

• SSFF (Success factors)
• SAP (Deseable)
• Herramientas ofimáticas (Word, Excel, Correo, Power Point, Adobe)

Recomendaciones:

• Principal función es gestión de sistemas BACKOFFICE, por lo que se requiere uso de Excel y sistemas.
• Preferible experiencia en empresas grandes + 2000 empleados.
