Join the Technology Consulting team and help clients modernize the way they work with data. We deliver end-to-end data platform and analytics solutions across cloud environments, working with both international and Czech clients. Our team brings together data engineers, architects, analysts, and technology consultants who enjoy solving complex business challenges through modern technologies.

About your manager

Tomáš Karas is a Director who leads the whole Data Management team in Technology Consulting. Combining the roles of Data Architect and Delivery data lead, he helps clients build large-scale data platforms and transform data using modern data & AI technologies into business value.

His teams deliver solutions that automate complex processes and save clients thousands of hours of operational effort using a combination of data & AI platforms. Outside of work, you'll likely meet him with a team at some place that involves music either on dance floor or behind the mic on karaoke. At home he spends time with family of 4 kids and their famous guinea pig farm.

Job description & summary

Are you passionate about data and eager to make sense of it for others? Join our team and gain hands-on experience working on real-world data projects for a variety of clients.

As a Data Analyst, you will join a supportive team of analysts, data engineers, and architects. You will work on real projects for a variety of clients — from large banks and financial institutions abroad to companies based in the Czech Republic. Your role will span the full data lifecycle: understanding business needs, shaping data models, building reports, and presenting findings that drive real decisions. You do not need to know everything from day one. We will support you in developing your technical and analytical skills and help you understand how data solutions are designed, built, and used in practice. You will:

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Design and build data models that reflect business processes and information flows.
• Define data transformation rules and help ensure data quality across datasets.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that support decision-making.
• Work with large and complex datasets, including data cleaning, structuring, and integration.
• Automate repetitive data processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, developers, and testing teams.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support the full data lifecycle from business understanding through reporting.
• Grow your career toward senior data analyst, data architect, or other specialized data roles.

What matters to us

• University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) and practical experience with data analysis through internships, work experience, or academic projects.
• Solid knowledge of SQL or Python and a good understanding of data warehousing concepts and data structures.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with the ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences.

What will help you stand out

• Experience with data modeling concepts and modeling frameworks.
• Knowledge of Python, R, or another scripting language for data manipulation.
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• Familiarity with modern cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or BigQuery.
• Understanding of data warehousing, data quality principles, ETL/ELT processes, or data orchestration tools.
• Ability to transform analytical findings into compelling presentations and business stories.
