Job description & summary
As an experienced leader within our innovation and transformation activities, you will be responsible for shaping and driving our capabilities in AI-powered document automation solutions.
You will:
Define and drive innovation initiatives focused on AI-enabled document automation.
Design and lead the implementation of document automation solutions, including AI-supported document processing and workflow optimisation.
Improve document-heavy processes through intelligent handling of unstructured information.
Identify opportunities where AI-driven document automation can create measurable client value.
Lead and coordinate a small team of AI-skilled professionals, setting priorities and ensuring delivery excellence.
Act as a strategic advisor to clients and stakeholders on AI, automation, and document transformation roadmaps.
Lead complex transformation projects covering intelligent document processing and automation initiatives.
Support business development through solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.
What matters to us
4+ years of experience in innovation, AI, automation, digital transformation, consulting, or related delivery roles.
Strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical application in document processing and automation.
Proven experience leading or coordinating small specialist teams.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
Experience leading client-facing transformation projects from opportunity shaping through delivery.
Professional fluency in English.
