LOGZONE is seeking a BILINGUAL Customer Service Representative for a government contract in Pueblo, Colorado. The contract will operate out of the Pueblo Distribution Center of the U.S. Government Publishing Office.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional customer support via telephone, email, and mail to the bilingual community.
- Answer inbound/outbound calls, clarify needs, research issues, and resolve complaints.
- Perform data entry, mail processing, reporting, and database updates.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex matters as needed.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, and policies.
- Import order files and update website as directed by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year customer service/call center experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
