Customer Service Representative (BILINGUAL)

LOGZONE is seeking a BILINGUAL Customer Service Representative for a government contract in Pueblo, Colorado. The contract will operate out of the Pueblo Distribution Center of the U.S. Government Publishing Office. 

Responsibilities: 

• Deliver professional customer support via telephone, email, and mail to the bilingual community.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls, clarify needs, research issues, and resolve complaints.
• Perform data entry, mail processing, reporting, and database updates.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex matters as needed. 
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, and policies.
• Import order files and update website as directed by supervisors.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 1 year customer service/call center experience. 
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
