We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Line Cook to join our culinary team. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service

- Lead, train, and motivate line cooks to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards

- Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in compliance with health regulations

- Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste

- Collaborate with the executive chef and kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to guests

- Maintain a positive and professional work environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a line cook, with leadership experience preferred

- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and team leadership abilities

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
