Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Lead the strategy, design, deployment and continuous evolution of PepsiCo’s commercial digital ecosystem, with direct accountability for enabling commercial growth, customer engagement and operational efficiency through scalable digital capabilities and product-led ways of working. The role is responsible for shaping and executing the commercial digital product roadmap, translating business priorities into practical solutions, and ensuring disciplined deployment across Sales, Commercial, S&T and cross-functional teams. This includes driving adoption of customer-facing and field-enabling digital products, strengthening commercial execution, improving data-driven decision making, and ensuring that digital initiatives deliver measurable value across customer segments, routes to market and business profitability.

 

Your Impact

 As Digital Deployment Sr Manager Commercial your scope would consist of:

• Define and lead the digital commercial transformation agenda, enabling the evolution of commercial capabilities and customer engagement models through scalable digital solutions that support Pepsico’s long-term growth and competitiveness.
• Influence digital products design, prioritization and execution of digital commercial capabilities, ensuring the delivery of scalable solutions that improve customer engagement, operational efficiency and revenue growth.
• Lead the development and performance management of digital commercial programs, ensuring effective deployment, strong adoption and sustainable business impact.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales Strategy, S&T and Global Teams to support the successful rollout and deployment of digital initiatives across customer segments.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators related to digital adoption, commercial impact and customer engagement, ensuring visibility and strategic alignment with senior leadership.
• Drive the integration of digital capabilities into commercial processes, ensuring Sales teams are aligned and equipped to support effective field deployment.
• Lead initiatives to improve customer experience and accelerate digital adoption, leveraging data and customer insights to increase engagement and long-term value.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience

• Strong experience in digital product management and commercial strategy, preferably in B2B platforms or customer-facing digital platforms.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, IT, Finance teams.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate commercial needs into scalable digital solutions.
• Experience managing digital roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and strategic value.
• Analytical skills with the ability to monitor performance metrics and drive data-based decisions.
• Experience driving digital adoption and customer engagement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
• Leading and Influence others through reasoning and relationships using informal networks at the appropriate level to get things done.
• Ability to set expectations with business partners and effectively leverage governance for a positive business partner experience
• Successful experience using  Design thinking working with and being a trusted advisor to business management
• A proven track record operating in a matrixed environment and engaging business sponsors.
• Stronger leadership to articulate compelling programs, plans & initiatives that inspire others to follow.
