We are seeking an experienced Residiential Project Manager (Roofing) to take the reins of our project pipeline. In this role, you take full custody of the project the moment a contract is signed, managing the entire lifecycle seamlessly through to final installation and customer sign-off.
Responsibilities At-A-Glance:
Manage the post-sale handoff to final installation workflow.
Order materials accurately and track delivery schedules for job sites.
Schedule installation dates dynamically with homeowners, crews, and subcontractors.
Inspect active projects, managing on-site punch lists and field corrections.
Resolve client, installer, and subcontractor challenges seamlessly.
Hiring Requirements:
5+ years of dedicated project management experience in the roofing industry.
Hands-on, practical background with residential roofing installations.
Sharp, detail-oriented mindset with strong multi-tasking abilities.
Exceptional communication and high-stakes problem-solving skills.
