Concord Hospital Walk-In Primary Care
Concord Hospital Medical Group is seeking an experienced APRN or PA-C to join our Walk-In Primary Care team.

Our Walk-In Primary Care team is a close-knit group that genuinely enjoys working together. Providers share knowledge, support one another, and work collaboratively to deliver exceptional care to our patients and community. You'll have the autonomy to practice independently while knowing help is always just a conversation away.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute illnesses and non-emergency healthcare needs
- Perform minor procedures within your scope of practice
- Coordinate follow-up care and referrals as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation in the EMR
Qualifications
- Master's Degree from an accredited APRN or Physician Assistant program
- NH APRN or PA-C licensure (or eligibility)
- Current DEA registration
- 3+ years of experience in primary care, urgent care, emergency medicine, or walk-in care
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
