Senior Software Engineer - Microsoft Dynamics

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
• Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications :

• Good Development Experience in Java Tech Stack
• Experience in .Net development and Dynamic CRM Expertise in: Web Forms, API.
• 4+ years of Hands-on experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Experience in DB: SQL server / No SQL (Mongo)
• Well versed with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of microservices arch.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices(Ci/CD)
• Experience with Testing Frameworks
• Knowledge of the security best practices.
• Azure certification - added advantage

Job Expectations:

• Design, develop, test & maintain .Net apps.
• Lead & mentor junior developers
• Collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Troubleshoot / resolve technical issues.
• Contribute to tech. discussion & arch. decisions

• Good Development Experience in Java Tech Stack
• Working Knowledge of TDD/BDD & well versed in Software Development Practices
• Must bring a unique Solutions Engineering and development Approach. Must be proficient with Agility, CD & CI interoperability.
• Develops Test Automation Framework, Test execution and Service Virtualization components
• Continuously involved in testing for functional, regression, smoke,  resiliency, and orchestrate chaos testing strategies
• Explore continuous inspection capabilities code quality to identify problems before they manifest in production
