NAB has established NAB Innovation Centre India as a centre for operations and technology excellence to support NAB deliver faster, better, and more personalized experience to customers and colleagues.

Essential capabilities

• Strong organisational and program management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
• Ability to effectively influence and communicate with all levels across the organisation.

• Co-ordination skills to enable smooth delivery of workshops, forums and learning events.
• Data literacy and comfort with learning management systems
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Customer-focused approach to supporting colleagues and stakeholders.
• An interest in learning more about AI\

Qualification requirements

• Tertiary qualification (s) preferred, ideally in business operations/governance, education, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Experience in learning operations, program coordination, or governance roles.
• Experience working with scheduling tools, reporting and learning platforms, preferably Workday.
• Experience shaping and delivering governance frameworks to ensure processes and resources are current and of a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive in the build, delivery and maintenance of the operational and governance requirements to deliver the program.
• Collaborate with Aus and global teams to ensure seamless delivery of the program build and delivery into BAU.
• Conduct program management for enterprise learning initiatives including stakeholder and vendor management.
• Provide operational support for enterprise learning activities within the remit of learning operations and governance.
• Prepare reporting to drive decision making and measure impact.
