What You'll Do

• Champion integrated campaigns from the first client conversation through final delivery, bringing together Strategy, Creative, Production, Media, and Project teams to create work that delivers real business impact.

• Become a trusted partner to your clients by understanding their business, asking thoughtful questions, and turning challenges into opportunities for stronger creative solutions.

• Create the conditions for great work to happen; aligning stakeholders, removing roadblocks, and keeping projects moving without losing sight of quality, creativity, or commercial objectives.

• Partner closely with creatives and strategists, helping shape briefs, facilitate productive conversations, and ensure ideas stay true to both the client's ambition and the creative vision.

• Lead day-to-day client communications with confidence, building relationships through reliability, transparency, and proactive problem-solving.

• Present work with clarity and conviction, helping clients understand not just what we're recommending, but why it matters.

• Identify opportunities to deepen client partnerships by connecting business challenges with the broader capabilities across dentsu.

• Contribute to a team culture built on curiosity, collaboration, and the belief that the best work happens when different perspectives come together.

A Bit About You

• At least 2 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Integrated Project Management within a creative, digital, or integrated agency.

• Experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels, from digital and social to brand, content, activation, or experience-led work.

• Strong commercial awareness; you understand that outstanding creative succeeds when it solves meaningful business problems.

• A confident communicator who can build trust with clients while collaborating effectively with creatives, strategists, producers, and cross-functional teams.

• Calm under pressure, highly organized, and comfortable navigating multiple priorities in a fast-moving agency environment.

• Naturally curious about brands, culture, and creativity, with a genuine passion for helping ideas become stronger through collaboration.

• Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented; you don't wait for direction. You take ownership, make things happen, and help the team move forward.
