Location: São Paulo, Brazil

As Lead Treasury SolCo – Americas, you will play a key role in leading Treasury activities across the Americas, ensuring effective cash and liquidity management, optimizing funding structures, mitigating financial risks, and driving operational excellence. Acting as a trusted business partner, you will collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to support strategic decision-making while ensuring compliance, governance, and continuous improvement across the Treasury function.

This position is part of the solutions business within Animal Nutrition & Health business. This is one of the two standalone entities to be created from ANH, as part of the divestment to CVC capital. It is and will be an innovation‑focused, customer‑facing Animal Nutrition company, bringing together the capabilities that deliver value‑added, science‑based, integrated solutions for the global animal protein value chain.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional cash, liquidity and working capital management, ensuring optimal funding across the Americas.
  • Drive cash flow forecasting, delivering accurate insights to support business and financial decisions.
  • Manage foreign exchange exposure, funding strategies and capital structure in partnership with Global Treasury and banking partners.
  • Oversee banking relationships, treasury operations, compliance, internal controls and audit activities across the region.
  • Champion Treasury digitalization, process automation and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and standardization.
  • Partner with Finance, Tax, Business and Global Treasury teams, providing strategic guidance while coaching and developing the regional Treasury organization.

You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • 3-5 years of experience managing U.S, Canadá, LATAM, treasury operations, including banking relationships, cash management, liquidity, funding, and foreign exchange.
  • Proven experience in multinational and matrix organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of treasury processes, financial risk management, and banking structures.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Treasury Management Systems knowledge are desirable (e.g. Kyriba or FIS Integrity)
  • Fluent in English and Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish.
