License Administrator - Calgary, Canada
Job Responsibilities:
The main responsibility of the License Administrator is to process orders and license requests for the Commercial Operations group.
Work with the team to process all Orders and licenses.
Keep up with Email requests on a daily basis.
Maintain records of orders
Assist with support and other order/license tasks as necessary.
Job Skills:
Good understanding of Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good teamwork skills.
Drive, commitment and energy within a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in business or finance/Accounting
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, Oracle, Salesforce is a plus.
