| Job Summary: | The Project Manager will provide construction management services for Auraria Campus and the three partner institutions. This position is responsible for management of all phases (planning, design and construction) of Small to medium sized projects ranging in value from $5,000 - $10,000,000 including renovation, additions, new construction, deferred maintenance projects, campus damage projects, cash projects, and repairs to damaged campus infrastructure. |

*Years of experience will be expressed in terms of full-time equivalent service with full-time workload equal to one (1) Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) year.
