Join Wentworth Health Partners Coastal Neurology Services, a well-established neurology practice within Mass General Brigham. You’ll work alongside an experienced, long-tenured team and supportive leadership while building valuable healthcare knowledge and skills.
This role is primarily based in Dover, NH. You’ll begin with approximately 30 days of training alongside our experienced team in Portsmouth, NH, then transition to the Dover practice. Occasional coverage in Portsmouth may also be needed.

What You’ll Do
You’ll help create a welcoming patient experience and support the day-to-day operations of this busy, high-volume neurology practice.
Responsibilities include:
•Answering a high volume of calls and assisting patients with scheduling and routine questions
•Scheduling appointments and supporting patient check-in and check-out
•Receiving and routing messages about prescription refills, test results, prior authorizations, durable medical equipment (DME), and provider questions to the appropriate clinical team member
•Maintaining accurate patient records and scanning documents
•Supporting daily administrative and practice operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in an office, customer service, call center, or administrative setting, healthcare experience helpful but not required
- High-volume phone experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm in a busy environment
- Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) certification preferred
