Description
The Staff Specialist Master Data Management will serve as the key business
representative for Master Data activities within the SAP S/4HANA transformation
program. This role is responsible for driving master data governance, ensuring
data quality and integrity, supporting supply chain and manufacturing
operations, and leading project activities related to data management, process
improvement, and system enhancements. The successful candidate will collaborate
with cross-functional teams, support change management initiatives, and
contribute to the successful implementation of global business projects. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Act as the Business Master Data Lead and primary point of
contact for all Master Data activities within the SAP S/4HANA
transformation program. Plan, coordinate, and manage Master Data project activities , including
strategy development, risk management, testing, and implementation. Drive change management, communication, and training initiatives
to support project adoption and business readiness. Manage and maintain master data used across production, business operations, order
processing, and project execution. Ensure data accuracy and consistency through regular updates, error
resolution, and archival of obsolete records. Establish and maintain data governance practices to ensure
high levels of data quality and integrity. Develop a strong understanding of product specifications,
manufacturing processes, and business requirements to support data management
activities. Provide coaching, guidance, and knowledge-sharing to strengthen
team capabilities and support continuous improvement. Support global and business-driven projects related to
Master Data management and process optimization. Understand supply chain and logistics requirements across front-end and
back-end manufacturing operations. Analyze product, material, and logistics data to support
efficient supply chain execution and business decision-making. Contribute to the design, enhancement, and continuous improvement of Master
Data systems, processes, and architecture. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain
Management, Logistics, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience , preferably in
supply chain operations, project management, or Master Data management. Good understanding of supply chain processes and manufacturing
systems, preferably within the semiconductor industry. Experience with SAP ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA , will
be an advantage. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage
stakeholders at various levels. Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured in approach. Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a continuous
