Salary: $60,000-$120,000 per year

What you’ll be doing:

• Source vehicles from private sellers through Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, online classifieds, referrals, networking, and other channels
• Identify and research vehicles that may be suitable for dealership inventory
• Contact private sellers and build professional relationships
• Negotiate vehicle purchases and work toward mutually beneficial agreements
• Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle inspections
• Follow up consistently with prospective sellers
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle makes, models, pricing, and market conditions
• Work closely with management throughout the acquisition process
• Consistently operate in a professional and ethical manner

What we need from you:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident approaching and speaking with new people
• Self-motivated and comfortable creating your own opportunities
• Persistent, organized, and results-oriented
• Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Automotive experience is preferred but not required
• Sales, retail, hospitality, telephone sales, or customer-service experience is an asset
• Valid driver's licence with a clean driving abstract
• Ability to qualify for a VSA licence or already hold one

Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Punjabi language skills are an asset.
