For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

4 years of experience as a RPA Developer
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent software engineering background, providing the technical foundation required for RPA development work.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into advanced RPA technical and functional solutions using UiPath.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and the Atlassian stack, including version control practices, to contribute effectively within iterative project environments.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to proactively identify and resolve potential issues within RPA processes before they impact operations.
Fluency in English, at least B2
Availability for Hybrid model, 2 times a week based in Porto
Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
