We are seeking a talented person to join our team as a North America IBOR Lead to join our team. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This role leads large, complex projects and sales opportunities while partnering across departments to strengthen operations infrastructure. The position leverages deep subject matter expertise to expand client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and extend the range of services provided to clients. This individual also serves as a trusted adviser to business leaders by reviewing complex data, summarizing key insights, and helping drive operational planning, risk management, and continuous improvement.
We will count on you to:
• Lead large, complex projects and/or sales opportunities within the department and across departments
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and continuously improve the operations infrastructure
• Leverage expertise to collaborate with other lines of business and expand client relationships for new business opportunities
• Seek opportunities to extend the range of services provided to clients to generate new revenue
• Review complex reports and data, often across teams, and provide summary of results to leadership or clients
• Conduct top-level review of deliverables before they go to the business
• Serve as an adviser to business leaders, communicating complex key insights and their implications to the business
• Review the work of junior colleagues to ensure work is executed effectively, promptly, and accurately in line with Key Performance Indicators and deadlines
• Suggest improvements to departmental activities based on emerging industry and regulatory requirements, including compliance standards and department- and operating company-specific changes
• Lead operational change, risk management, and overall operational planning
• Develop and implement appropriate risk controls and procedures and ensure all parties are adhering to these procedures and controls
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external parties to serve as a key point of contact

• Strong ability to analyze complex reports and data and communicate insights to leadership or clients
• Experience advising business leaders and collaborating across departments and lines of business
• Demonstrated ability to review and improve operational processes, controls, and procedures

Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.The applicable base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $180,000.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
