- Partner with Product Management on win/loss analysis, competitive intelligence, and pricing, promotion, and packaging decisions, bringing the market and customer perspective
- Develop and lead integrated go-to-market strategy for product launches, translating product innovation into compelling market stories, coordinated plans, and measurable outcomes
- Create messaging, content, and enablement assets that support sales and channel success, partnering with Sales Enablement to deliver training and drive adoption
- Partner with Customer Marketing to identify customer success stories and create compelling case studies, testimonials, and advocacy programs that strengthen product positioning
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to develop growth strategies that increase acquisition, expansion, retention, and product adoption
- Assess the effectiveness of marketing programs on an ongoing basis, using data to drive changes to sales and marketing processes
- Represent SPS Commerce externally through conferences, webinars, customer events, media opportunities, and presentations
Where You'll Work:
This role is either hybrid out of one of our offices in Minneapolis, MN, Rogers, AR or open to remote. We Succeed Together through in-person collaboration, balanced with remote work to provide flexibility.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing and 7+ years of product marketing experience, or Master's degree and 5+ years; including a demonstrated track record of owning go-to-market strategy for a product line or portfolio

- Demonstrated experience influencing pricing, packaging, or product strategy decisions in partnership with Product Management
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and executive audiences
- Exceptional ROI-tracking skills with the ability to prove what is and isn't working
- Strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large and senior audiences, and a solid writer
