Responsibilities:

• Greets customers and assists with scheduling appointments
• Answers phone calls and responds to customer inquiries
• Processes payments and handles cash transactions
• Assists in maintaining a clean and organized front counter area
• Communicates with the Automotive Technicians to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles

Qualifications:

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in an automotive setting
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• Knowledge of automotive terminology and services
