Responsibilities

To prepare quality food according to established food safety policies in a sanitary environment.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

Two (2) years experience in food service with commercial, institutional cooking experience preferred.

Knowledge of therapeutic diets desired.

County Specific requirement.

County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current

 

 

Pay Transparency

Encino Hospital Medical Center offers competitive compensation and the current compensation range for this role is $23.00 to $30.48. Benefits may vary based on collective bargaining agreement requirements and/or the employment status. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
