What would you do? • Leadership and coaching; stakeholder management; recruitment systems expertise such as SuccessFactors, Taleo, Workday or Kenexa; data accuracy and reporting; process improvement; operational governance and controls.
What are we looking for? • Leads a team of recruitment administrators and ensures effective delivery of recruitment administration services while maintaining service quality, compliance, and operational controls. • Candidates with End to End Recruitment experience Domestic International Market • Administer onboarding of new employees including all onboarding activities like orientation registration, completion of background check, creation of SAP record, etc.
Roles and Responsibilities: "• Manage recruitment administration operations; monitor recruitment workflows and ATS data integrity; ensure process compliance and controls; implement process improvements; support stakeholder and client management; review dashboards and performance; lead, coach, and develop teams; manage staffing, succession planning, and capability development. • Australian shift
