Reporting

The Customer Service Representative reports directly to the Director of Avionics.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities

• Customer service: co-ordinate service calls when needed / respond to any administrative requests by customer.
• Produce a weekly report of all outstanding work filtered by tech for both the Instrument and Service shop.
• Email or fax all quotes to customers for approval.
• Review past due quotes and contact customers regarding getting the work approved.
• Oversee the service desk.
• Work with customers to resolve any issues brought forth.
• Receive credit card payments from COD walk in customers.
• Look after exchanges needed by customer.
• Send out customer reports.
• Follow up on parts needed to complete the job.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Computer Literate; strong MS Office skills.
• Communication – both verbal and written English language.
• Basic knowledge of Quantum.

Experience

• Minimum three years in office administration role.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
