EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience equally preferable CERTIFICATIONS • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) • Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) • Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) • Certified Professional in Online Learning (COP) WORK EXPERIENCE • 1-3 years of experience in learning and development or HR analytics • Exposure to delivering Learning and Development (L & D) solutions to various types and levels of talent (e.g., soft skills, induction, etc.) OR • Human resources (HR) administration or operations experience or previous success educating on or influencing the adoption of, new technologies and/or products • Training experience in financial services or other highly regulated environment a plus • Experience in a complex and/or global environment a plus FUNCTIONAL SKILLS • Strong attention to detail with experience working with large data-sets • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of learning and development best practices • Advanced capabilities with MS Office software and collaboration platforms • Previous experience using Learning Management or Human Resources Information Systems (LMS/HRIS) and tools (Workday, SABA experience preferred) • Exposure to digital learning gadgets, regulatory and / or compliance related training a significant plus • Strong project management skills FOUNDATIONAL SKILLS • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to Always acts with integrity • Strong presentation skills for virtual, blended and in person audiences RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage learning and development (L & D) processes (i.e. on-line registration, course feedback, analytics reporting) • Contribute to various L & D projects and initiatives • Work with business stakeholders to design, build and launch high quality online learning • Support the design, development, delivery and measurement of L & D solutions • Participate or lead learning project teams to build collaborative partnerships among human resources (HR), LOB and subject matter expert (SME) stakeholders • Collaborate on the creation and development of various learning programs and training/development experiences • Participate on projects to align L & D solutions with the priorities of targeted LOB(s) or areas of focus (HR, regulatory/compliance, skills and capabilities) • Collaborate in the development and delivery of the right curriculum for assigned focus areas • Design and manage strategic talent development and learning initiatives (e.g., foundational skills, high potential development, mentoring, etc.) • Partner with other members of the L & D team to build and execute learning programs and initiatives • Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships with an aim to continuously improve the employee’s learning experience • Partner with relevant compliance, regulatory and other functions as appropriate for needs assessment activities • Work with partners to create development plans to support LOB needs • Identify insights and trends • Continually seek ways to optimize training processes • Support project management efforts • Collaborate with colleagues to compile and respond to inquiries about training content and training data • Work with colleagues to explore, identify and employ latest technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices to advance online learning experiences, policies and internal procedures • Work closely with course owners, primary regulatory leads and LOBs to identify required training needs • Support the collection and analysis of feedback on continuous learning activities to identify effectiveness of various L & D program(s) • Support the identification and resolution of Learning Management System (LMS) platform issues (LEAP) • Collaborate with HRBPs, Shared Services and business colleagues to drive successful completion of required learning programs • Work closely with course owners, primary regulatory leads, line of business (LOB) and relevant entities to identify required training needs in relation to applicable laws, rules, and regulations and support the delivery optimal training solutions for applicable audiences to address risk • Support the delivery of assigned topics via the
