What you will be doing:
Light Assembly - Assemble water treatment equipment and kits according to detailed instructions, safely operate a forklift, and work across various workstations to meet production schedules. You’ll also identify and report quality, equipment, process, or material concerns while following Franklin Electric quality and safety standards.

Who we want:
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Assembler who takes pride in doing quality work. If you can follow instructions, work efficiently, and bring a strong work ethic to the team, WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!
What you need:
- Punctual/dependable with great attendance
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- 1 - 2 years or more experience working in a manufacturing-type position (preferred)
- Forklift Certification with 1-3 years or more of forklift experience (preferred)
Physical demands for the job:
This role requires you to continually lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Continually stand, regularly required to walk. Occasionally required to sit; ascend or descend ladders, stairs, or ramps, turn wrenches, valves, or handles; bend or twist; use upper extremities/ reach above shoulders.
