Description
The Lake Forest Recreation Department is seeking an outgoing, friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team at the Fitness Center Front Desk.
We are seeking to fill this Part-time position for the hours listed below::
Friday - 6am - 11am
Saturday - 7am - 12pm
Sunday - 7am - 12pmIn this role, Front Desk employees serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, assisting with fitness center memberships, personal training packages, group exercise class registrations, and general questions about facility programs and services. Customer interactions will take place in person, over the phone, and through email.
We are seeking to fill this Part-time position for the hours listed below::
Friday - 6am - 11am
Saturday - 7am - 12pm
Sunday - 7am - 12pm
The ideal candidate is organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong computer and communication skills, and is comfortable both working independently and collaborating as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service. The ability to take initiative, solve problems, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision is essential. Candidate must be willing to work non traditional hours including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends.
Additional opportunities may be available to assist with a variety of Recreation Department programs and special events throughout the year.
