Key Responsibilities:

• Identifies key process indicators and collects data to recommend manufacturing and yield improvements.
• Leads and supports troubleshooting activities to minimize process downtime or re-occurrence.
• Manages continuous improvement initiatives to enhance labeling operations efficiency, quality and compliance.
• Monitors resource utilization and identifies opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
• Maintains focus on continuous reduction of risk to patient through deploying engineering and procedural controls while delivering operational requirements.
• Communicates and tracks critical component issues and partners with vendors for resolution.
