About the Role

"AgTrust is seeking a highly motivated Salesforce/nCino Administrator to support the administration, configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce and nCino platforms. In this role, you'll serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology - gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and helping teams across lending, credit, operations, finance, and customer relationship management get the most out of our enterprise platforms. What You'll Do

• Administer and support Salesforce and nCino applications, including users, profiles, and permissions
• Configure custom fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and approval processes
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organization
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce and nCino solutions
• Support data quality initiatives, including imports, exports, and audits
• Participate in testing, release management, and system upgrades
• Create training materials and support user adoption across the organization

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 3-5 years of Salesforce administration experience
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Experience in financial services, banking, lending, or Farm Credit
• Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
• Experience with nCino (Preferred)
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Business Analyst Certification (Preferred)
