Take this opportunity to GROW together and experience a culture that empowers you to express your ideas and share what you're passionate about!  The Demand Planning Intern will be part of the Supply Chain function, supporting the Demand Planning and Operations team in data management, reporting, inventory monitoring, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. This role offers hands-on exposure to FMCG supply chain operations, demand planning processes, inventory management, and collaboration across various business functions.

 

Main responsibilities:

 

• Assist in preparing and updating supply chain, inventory, and demand planning reports.
• Support inventory monitoring by tracking stock availability, stock movements, aging inventory, and stock transfers.
• Consolidate, maintain, and validate sales, inventory, and operational data to ensure data accuracy.
• Update planning trackers, dashboards, master data files, and related documentation.
• Support coordination and follow-up with cross-functional teams on routine operational and supply chain matters.
• Assist in product listing activities, audits, business reviews, and other reporting requirements.
• Support ad-hoc analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, and projects assigned by the Supply Chain team.

About You

Requirements

 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Actuarial, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across different teams.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Preferred Internship Duration: Minimum 3 to 6 months
