Translate forecasts into an actionable master plan, purchase orders, and capacity reservations, working with the Material Planner on CM supply plan/commit and with the Vendor Manager on ODM supply commit. Identify supply gaps or excess early and drive resolution with cross-functional stakeholders. Own and continuously update the single company supply-demand picture, integrating demand with CM supply commit (via the Material Planner) and ODM supply commit (via the Vendor Manager). 2.2 Order Fulfilment & Supply Allocation Translate demand requirements by segment and by customer order into supply allocation decisions aligned with the confirmed supply commit.
