Compensation Range
The base pay scale for this position is $32.97 - $50.07. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.What you will be doing
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist with the research and development of engaging health education content by identifying timely topics, clinical experts, and key education opportunities.
Plan and coordinate pre-production logistics, collaborate across departments to schedule and organize video shoots.
Assist with content development and production for digital platforms, ensuring high-quality educational materials for digital platforms (i.e. YouTube)
Support post-production workflows, including video editing, accessibility and compliance, and platform uploads.
Track and analyze video performance metrics to inform content reach and strategy.
Assist with video marketing efforts by selecting and promoting monthly content and monitoring engagement metrics
Collaborate with HSS social media and marketing teams to post video content and optimize video descriptions, keywords, and metrics.
Assist with the management of accessibility software; process, review and maintain captioning files.
Provide key administrative support during livestream webinars produced in the Media Studio
Assist with interdepartmental communications dedicated to production to support the management of content development including talent scheduling and footage requests.
Maintain production timelines and video files using project management software.
Support Community Education & Outreach initiatives and respond to ad-hoc production and other requests as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required
1-2 years of experience preferred
Interest in public health, video production or health education content development
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) required
Position is hybrid - Access to a working computer, internet, and phone required
Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, written and verbal communications skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
Strong interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task
Demonstrated ability to take initiative while working in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with digital content platforms
Familiarity with Vimeo or minor video editing
