Service Stream are excited to open applications for a Mechanical Engineering Estimating Graduate to join our Utilities division, and form part of our cohort for the 2027 Ignite Graduate Program. You will be part of the wider Utilities team, which is our biggest business unit that supports Power, Energy, Gas, Water and Industrial sectors Australia-wide. You will support our Urban Utilities MECS contract. We will provide structured learning and exposure across the project lifecycle.

About the program

Our 2-year program is designed to support your personal and professional growth through a balanced mix of on-the-job experience, learning from others, and structured formal development.

O-Week kicks off in February 2027 from our head office in Melbourne. We will provide remuneration increases every 6 months for the duration of this program, and when you finish you will have a permanent role with us.

To be eligible for the program, you must:

• Have completed, or about to complete, a minimum 3-year undergraduate engineering degree within the last 5 years from a recognised university.
• Be available to work full-time for the 2-year duration of the program from February 2027.
• At time of application, hold Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
