Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is part of a 65-storey mixed-use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209-key Four Seasons Hotel and a six- floor of 250,000 square foot luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur. The Hotel introduces several unique dining outlets to the city, including a Cantonese restaurant, lobby and rooftop pool bars, and an all-day dining restaurant with sweeping views of the Petronas Twin Towers. Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is located in the Golden Triangle neighborhood, Kuala Lumpur’s thriving business and financial district. The latest addition to the city’s dramatic skyline and a vibrant hub for both business and leisure travelers, Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur will be conveniently located in close proximity to the city’s major attractions, including the Petronas Twin Towers and the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC). Commis 3 - IRD, Bar & Lounge

The Commis 3 is responsible for supporting the culinary team in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food for In-Room Dining (IRD), Bar & Lounge operations while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. This role assists chefs in daily kitchen operations, ensures proper food handling procedures, and contributes to delivering exceptional dining experiences in line with Four Seasons standards.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare ingredients and food items according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Support the preparation and service of menu items for In-Room Dining, Bar & Lounge outlets.
• Assist in mise en place preparation and maintain readiness for all meal periods.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of kitchen workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures in accordance with company and local regulations.
• Properly store and label food products to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of replenishment requirements.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing deliveries according to hotel standards.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of guest orders.
• Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and grooming standards.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Executive Chef.

What You Bring: 

• Certificate, Diploma, or vocational training in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
• Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and personal grooming standards.
• Candidates with fresh culinary education backgrounds and a strong passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by hotel operations.
• Must be able to speak Bahasa Malaysia as well as in English.
• Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
