Sr. Staffing Associate
Aurora, IL
You will...
- Provide temp staffing support to the facility in all areas of temp labor order fulfillment, staffing agency management, and temp associate compliance
- Assist workforce staffing in administering procedures and policies through the Distribution Center for Staffing Agency Partners
- Provide training support to agency on-site representatives and staff
- Ensure Open Door, diversity and other values related issues are resolved
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to conduct interventions, fact-findings and resolve conflicts related to the temp workforce as they arise
- Collaborate with Staffing Agency Partners to ensure temp associates have proper oversight, GMP compliance, and safety training
- Provide, monitor, coach and guide technical and nontechnical training for Staffing Agency Partner On-Site Representatives and Managing Coaches
- Provide reporting for labor order fulfillment, training and day 1 show rates, and attrition rates for agency partners
- Partner with agency partners to reconcile any temp associate billing issues
- Serve as subject matter expert for the Vendor Management System used to manage temp labor orders, temp associate onboarding, and temp associate invoicing
- Manage Zendesk tickets, Temp Cancellations, Voluntary time requests, and other operational needs related to the temp workforce
- Participate in special projects as assigned

At a minimum, you have...
- 3+ years of experience in Staffing/HR within food manufacturing/production, CPG, e-Commerce or a high growth/startup company preferred
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques, employment agency methods and operations, developed skill in interviewing techniques
- Working knowledge of employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws; must understand confidentiality
- Solid coaching and counseling skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
