Senior GTM Systems Administrator

Fleetio is looking for a GTM Systems Administrator to own the tools and processes that create, enrich, clean, route, and activate GTM data across our revenue systems. This role will not be a dedicated Salesforce Admin, but Salesforce will be a critical part of the ecosystem. You will own systems like Clay, ZoomInfo, RingLead, LeanData, Zapier, and Slack integrations, and partner closely with Salesforce administrators and GTM stakeholders to ensure the right data gets into Salesforce, routes to the right teams, and supports clean reporting, automation, and follow-up. This is a hands-on role for someone who is equal parts systems thinker, data problem solver, and operator.

Your Impact:

• Own and optimize GTM systems that create, enrich, clean, route, and activate data in Salesforce, including tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, RingLead, LeanData, Zapier, Slack integrations, and future GTM data platforms.
• Own the day-to-day administration and ongoing strategy for Fleetio’s GTM data systems, ensuring the tools are well-governed, well-documented, and aligned to business needs.
• Manage Fleetio’s data enrichment strategy, including account and contact enrichment, firmographic and demographic data, buying committee data, segmentation inputs, and enrichment workflows.
• Administer and optimize Clay and ZoomInfo, including enrichment logic, credit usage, field mapping, sync behavior, data quality monitoring, and vendor escalation.
• Own deduplication and data management processes through RingLead, including matching logic, normalization rules, merge rules, duplicate prevention, and ongoing data hygiene.
• Manage lead, contact, account, and opportunity routing logic in LeanData, partnering with Salesforce administrators, Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure routing is accurate, scalable, and aligned to business rules.
• Own GTM alerting and workflow automation across systems such as LeanData, Zapier, Slack, Salesforce, and other connected applications.
• Partner with the Salesforce team to define how GTM data should be created, mapped, stored, governed, and maintained in Salesforce.
• Translate business needs into clear systems requirements, including process maps, field mapping documentation, routing logic, enrichment logic, acceptance criteria, test plans, and rollout plans.
• Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to implement system connections, field updates, automation handoffs, integration users, permissions, and downstream Salesforce impacts.
• Monitor system integrations and data flows across the GTM tech stack, including sync errors, API issues, authentication issues, field mapping problems, failed automations, and data quality exceptions.
• Stay current on GTM systems trends, AI-enabled data workflows, enrichment tools, routing tools, and automation capabilities, and recommend practical ways to improve Fleetio’s GTM systems ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities to replace manual work with automation while maintaining clear governance, ownership, and data quality controls.
• Own vendor relationships for assigned GTM systems, including support escalation, roadmap awareness, usage insights, documentation, and enablement.

Your Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Systems, Revenue Systems, Sales Operations, Business Systems, Marketing Operations, or a similar systems-focused role.
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce-connected GTM systems. This role is not a dedicated Salesforce Admin role, but you should understand Salesforce objects, fields, reports, permissions concepts, and how connected systems write to and read from Salesforce.
• Experience administering or deeply working with GTM data tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, RingLead, LeanData, Zapier, Workato, Crossbeam, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of GTM data architecture, including Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, routing fields, source fields, enrichment fields, ownership fields, and lifecycle or funnel stages.
• Experience with data enrichment processes, including enrichment logic, matching rules, field precedence, overwrite rules, and data quality controls.
• Experience with deduplication and data hygiene processes, including duplicate prevention, matching logic, normalization, merge rules, and ongoing data audits.
• Experience with lead routing, account routing, territory assignment, ownership rules, round robin logic, alerts, and SLA-based workflows.
• Strong documentation habits. You create process maps, field mapping documents, decision logs, and troubleshooting guides that other teams can actually use.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to explain trade-offs, risks, system limitations, and recommended approaches.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred, but not required.
