Prep and Breakfast Supervisor
Location: 3110 3rd Ave W, Williston, ND
Start Time: 5:30 a.m.
Wage: $16.00 to $18.10 (based on experience)
Rocky's Burgers, Franks & Fries is seeking a hands-on Prep and Breakfast Supervisor to lead morning preparation and breakfast service. This position starts at 5:30 a.m. and supports food quality, safety, efficiency, and guest service.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
Morning Prep: Organize prep lists, assign opening tasks, and ensure breakfast items are ready before service.
Breakfast Service: Coordinate workflow, monitor ticket times and quality, and support the team during service.
Food Safety: Verify proper temperatures, labeling, storage, sanitation, and food handling.
Inventory: Monitor prep levels, rotation, waste, supplies, and shortages.
Team Leadership: Train and coach employees on recipes, equipment, opening procedures, and service standards.
Shift Support: Set priorities, resolve routine concerns, and provide an accurate handoff to restaurant leadership.
