## About this Role

We are seeking a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to build a career in cloud technologies, automation, platform operations, and software delivery. This role offers hands-on experience across AWS, Azure, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and platform support while working alongside experienced engineers.

## What you’ll do

• Monitor applications and infrastructure.
• Support deployments, releases, and platform operations.
• Assist with incident investigation and resolution.
• Perform basic AWS and Azure operational tasks.
• Implement minor configuration and IaC changes.
• Provide first-line support to development teams.
• Maintain Jira updates and technical documentation.
• Contribute to automation and process improvements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and team collaboration.

## Who you are

• Recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience, internships, or project work.
• Basic knowledge of Linux, networking, Git, cloud platforms, and scripting.
• Understanding of CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code concepts.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
