We’re a three-doctor small animal clinic in New Palestine, Indiana, caring for patients through wellness and sick appointments, general soft tissue surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and more. What Our Registered Veterinary Technicians Do

As a Registered Veterinary Technician, you’ll be an active part of patient care and have opportunities to use your technical skills throughout the day. Responsibilities include:

• Triage patients and obtain thorough histories, vitals, and patient assessments
• Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and procedures
• Prepare and administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
• Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, fluid therapy, and sample collection
• Run in-house laboratory testing, including CBC/chemistry, urinalysis, cytology, and other diagnostics
• Assist with radiology, diagnostics, and basic imaging
• Practice Fear Free and low-stress handling techniques to help keep patients safe and comfortable
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized treatment and exam areas
• Follow established infection-control protocols
• Work collaboratively with veterinarians and fellow team members to keep patient care moving smoothly

What You’ll Bring

• Registered Veterinary Technician credentials
• Strong venipuncture and IV catheter placement skills
• Experience with laboratory testing and diagnostics
• Proficiency in radiology and basic imaging techniques
• Excellent patient handling skills with an emphasis on Fear Free or low-stress techniques
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities
• Reliability and the ability to contribute effectively in a busy clinical environment
• A positive, supportive attitude toward teammates
• A genuine passion for veterinary medicine and high-quality patient care
