Credit Risk Analyst

• Analyze customer financial statements, credit reports, payment history, and other risk indicators to evaluate creditworthiness and determine appropriate credit limits and risk classifications.

• Manage and monitor customer credit exposure, applying risk mitigation tools such as credit insurance, letters of credit, guarantees, and other financial instruments.

• Execute credit risk and accounting processes, including period-end closing activities, reconciliations, internal controls, and compliance reviews to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Review account balances and customer portfolios, identify potential risks or discrepancies, and implement corrective actions when needed.

• Support the release of blocked orders by collaborating with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and other stakeholders while ensuring adherence to company credit policies.

• Prepare credit analyses, reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and credit risk committees, translating financial data into actionable business recommendations.

• You have 4+ years of experience in Credit Risk Management, Financial Analysis, Accounts Receivable Management, or related finance functions.

• You have solid experience performing B2B credit risk assessments, analyzing financial statements, evaluating customer creditworthiness, and making credit recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

• You have advanced Excel skills, including functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis tools.

• You’re a strong communicator (persuasive and assertive), proactive in problem solving and coordinating competing priorities.

This is an office-based role located in Costa del Este.
