Description
- Monday: 9:00am – 6:00pm.
- Tuesday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm.
- Friday: 8:00am – 1:30pm.
Flexible scheduling available. Candidates seeking either full-time or part-time hours are encouraged to apply. Opportunities may also be available to split time between our Bloomfield and Tarentum locations.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $45–$55/hour.
- Annualized Compensation: Approximately $93,600–$114,400/year based on a full-time schedule.
- Quarterly, Semi-Annual & Company-Wide Annual Production Bonuses.
- Typical Full-Time Bonus Earnings: $5,000–$19,000 annually.
- Top-producing hygienists have the opportunity to earn well into six figures, with one hygienist earning more than $130,000 in the past year.
Position Summary:
Whether you're an experienced hygienist or a recent graduate, you'll receive the mentorship and support needed to succeed. New graduates receive structured onboarding and double-hygiene training until they're comfortable practicing independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care.
- Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and preventive procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive periodontal evaluations and oral cancer screenings.
- Take diagnostic radiographs, including panoramic, bitewing, and periapical images as clinically indicated.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive treatment recommendations.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate closely with doctors and the clinical team to provide exceptional patient care.
- Maintain OSHA and infection control standards.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical environment focused on outstanding patient experiences.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
